Consulting & Program Design
There are so many benefits to be gained from regular exercise - from the physical benefits of stronger muscles and bones, to the psychological benefits of reduced stress and better cognitive function, to simply having more energy. We all need to make time for exercise almost every day of the week. My job as a professional fitness trainer is to ensure that my clients have both a safe and effective program in the gym, as well as options to practice outside of the gym that work with their personal schedules.
In addition to my personal training services, I can also design an individualized exercise program for those who cannot meet with me one-on-one in the gym. This service includes a monthly plan, coaching, guidance and motivation to help you achieve your goals.
